The first weekend in June we were invited next door to celebrate a big milestone birthday for Mike! We had such a nice time and it was so nice that Mike & Margie invited us over! We brought over all of our children's chairs and Logan and Joshua enjoyed sharing with Mike's granddaughters Emma and Grace. 
We all know that Joshua has a bit of stranger danger - but Mike is now one of the guys he feels comfortable just running right over to for a hug!
That same night we decided to try out a family campout in the backyard...

Anyway, Joe and Logan made it outside all night and came in for breakfast around 7 am. Josh and Mom however came in at 1 am. I guess sleeping in a tent with a little guy who still likes to wake up several times a night still doesn't make for the best camping experience.
The next night after dinner we had another backyard campfire - with smores after dinner!
