Mom and the boys went to the Fireman's Fest parade on Saturday! We dropped off our chairs and blanket on our way out grocery shopping on Saturday morning...which really concerned Logan up until parade time. He was really hoping there weren't any bad guys around that would take our chairs!
Enjoying some water and popcorn while waiting for the action to begin!
Moving a bit closer to the street so candy grabbing is easier!
Yeah! Suckers!
Josh didn't care about the candy throwing. He was content enough to switch from chair to chair, enjoying his popcorn!
Logan quickly made a new friend in the Navy Korean War/WWII Veteran that was sitting next to us. He asked if the basket on his walker was for collecting all his candy! Then he wanted to try out his umbrella! The older gentleman just thought Logan was a stitch and he asked for extra candy from everyone that was giving it out so he could share it with Logan!
Even Joshua enjoyed a sucker!
Necklaces! And a picture with camels to show Daddy!
Check out the loot! I think we brought home more than we get on Halloween!
Last Sunday we walked to the other playground in the neighborhood - it is equipped with two baby swings which is great when the boys don't have to battle about who gets to swing first! They both get to swing! We had such a fun time!!
