I came back late on July 3rd, so the boys were excited to see me on the 4th of July and it was great to not have school or work so we could just hang out together.
Joshua fell asleep in the late morning after having a snack - love getting a pic of the kiddos asleep in the highchair! Sleepy boy!
Logan requested that I bring him a trumpet from Maine. Alas, there were no trumpets to be found in the touristy shops - but I did find a slide whistle! And some lobster socks! Both were hits!
This is how the Davison's spend the 4th of July when it is 100 degrees outside. Everyone had a bath or shower and then relaxed in bed, watching the fireworks from Washington, DC, on PBS!
